The things I saw today at Bahama Mama

This morning I finally had the chance to experience the absolutely perfect Bahama Mama Taste Bar here in Milan. What do I think you ask? My experience surpassed all the positive things I had heard about it. Named after the famous cocktail and a bestseller color for the Essie nail polish  brand, Bahama Mama is an urban paradise the for the girl in us all or the man who loves to pamper himself. Founded by Gaia Venuti, Bahama Mama offers spa and beauty treatments using natural products by Dr. Vranjes, a bar complete with energy smoothies and various Tuscan treats, and a seriously impressive vintage collection. And, the decor is so utterly gorgeous that you'll be temped to leave your manners at the door and try to buy the countless decorative objects strewn exquisitely around the space off of Gaia. I took some pictures to share just how lovely the experience is.  Enjoy!

The front window.

The bar. The juices are delicious, I had a carrot and apple combo to start my experience.
The treatment areas are all so well done. The details are fantastic. The space makes you feel totally at home.
The vintage and second hand selection is personally curated by Gaia. She has the most incredible eye.

 Smalto, Bahama Mama's mascot.
Fantastic merchandising and decor.
The taste bar has the most incredible DVD play list. We watched Beyonce's World Tour DVD twice while I was there. Everyone was discussing how fabulous and how wonderful a performer she is. I made a new friend from the conversation. Such an easy, laid back atmosphere. It was so much fun!
And finally, my manicure! I love it. What do you think?

Bahama Mama is located at viale Col di lana 1. It's opened until 11pm Wednesdays and Fridays.
